PROPERTY GOALS:
Our goal is to completely rehabilitate our properties to virtually new condition. We take pride in our work and strive to improve the neighborhoods we work in. We look forward to input from neighbors and will have an open house at the conclusion of each project prior to the property being listed for sale.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We offer several services to our clients, including but not limited to locating projects ("bird dog"), project management or anything our clients require. We are investors and experienced rehabbers and can customize our services to meet your every property need
